    Bismarck, ND June 2009 --- Civic Arena Promotions (CAP) and the City of Bismarck have announced a new music festival for the Bismarck-Mandan community. CAP fest '09 is a two day concert featuring country and classic rock bands at the Bismarck Civic Center September 3 & 4, 2009. Thursday, September 3rd Montgomery Gentry With Special Guest 32 Below Friday, September 4th Styx & REO Speedwagon With Special Guest .38 Special
