The Mandan Art Association is sponsoring an art history discussion-workshop from 1-4 pm, November 21 at its Gallery at 411 Main Street, Mandan.  The discussion will be facilitated by Charlene Jones, local art instructor.

Participants will be introduced to the concept of the Medicine Wheel.  Using clay, the participants will create a prayer rattler that will contain their prayers to all the directions of the Medicine Wheel.  The session, being held as part of 'National Native American Heritage Month,' is free and open to the public.
