    BSC's popular Collage Concert of seamless music accompanied by art improvisation by visual art faculty and student readings of poems is always an ArtsQuest favorite. This Arts and Communications Department Music Program is responsible for coordinating this distinctive multidisciplinary event. Student chamber groups and soloists are the featured musicians. Art professors Michelle Lindblom and Brian Hushagen create works of art inspired by the music and poems performed live. The audience is given the unique opportunity to watch a work of art take shape. Selected poems from Figments of Imagination, a compilation of student writings and art, are interspersed throughout the performance. The audience is immersed in a 360 degree live performance as musical and literary recitations are performed without interruption guided by the lighting effects of BSC Technical Theater Director, Dean Bellin. This event is offered free of charge on Thursday, April 15, at 7:30 p.m. in Sidney J. Lee Auditorium.
