    A shopping event with a purpose. To help raise money and collect items to Fill the Boat for flood victims. Over 30 woman business owners have come together to show their products and services so you can sip and shop while escaping the heat during Mandan's Buggies n Blues at Mystera Theatre while having some of your shopping benefit a great cause.
