    The The Missouri Valley Chamber Orchestra will be featuring music by Edvard Grieg at its September concert. The concert, entitled Sound of the Fjords  will be presented at 3 p.m, Sunday, September 27, 2009 at Trinity Lutheran Church. The concert will feature soloist Janet Ahlquist on piano. Ms. Ahlquist was educated at Julliard and Eastman School of Music and has performed in Norway, Russia, France, and Portugal. The concert program includes two works by Sibelius (Finlandia and The Swan of Tuonela) and two works by Grieg (Peer Gynt Suite #2 and Piano Concerto in A op.16).
