Vision Statement Dakota Prairie Regional Center for the Arts (DPRCA) seeks to enhance people's lives by making art a common experience of everyday life and learning. Mission Statement DPRCA shall inspire, educate, and entertain audiences by providing a wide range of artistic presentations. It shall also serve as a resource and a gathering place for the community at large by providing art related education and programming opportunities.
