The Bismarck Art & Galleries Association works consistently to stimulate the study and presentation of the visual arts, to encourage and expand participation and appreciation by all persons, and to preserve our regional cultural heritage. Hours: Tuesday thru Friday: 10am - 5pm Saturday: 1 - 3pm Closed Sunday & Monday
