West River Winds Community Band

The West River Winds Community Band exists to encourage instrumental musicians to continue their musical participation and growth following their high school years, in the area of band performance, assist all members to serve the public in the enjoyment of music, demonstrate the value of music in our community and work for a favorable environment for the celebration of music. The Band performs free concerts in Mandan’s Dykshoorn Park on Mondays in June, and also on July 3rd during Art-In-The-Park.
